Order Processing

• Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our store pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our customer service team.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Foot Controls (due to installation and wear concerns)
• Handlebars & Controls (once installed, they cannot be resold as new)
• Opened electrical components or parts that have been installed
• Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
4. Package the item securely with the RAN clearly marked on the outside

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
