Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our motorcycle parts and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our customer service team.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Foot Controls (due to installation and wear concerns)
  • Handlebars & Controls (once installed, they cannot be resold as new)
  • Opened electrical components or parts that have been installed
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship Item Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation. Ship to the address provided with your RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  5. Resolution: Upon approval, we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days to process (depending on your card issuer)
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to process

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping fees apply for the new item shipment.
